NAIDOC 2026 Earrings

NAIDOC 2026 – “50 Years of Deadly” marks a major milestone in celebrating the strength, resilience, and pride of First Nations people. It honours five decades of community-led, unapologetic, and proud culture, recognising Elders, artists, and the many people who have contributed along the way.

The meaning of the NAIDOC theme to Litiana is about us all being one mob, connected together through these 50 deadly years — growing culture, passing it down through generations, and being proud of who we are and what we have achieved over time.

Litiana's earring designs represent connection and unity, showing us as one big mob. Within the designs, you will see symbols that reflect coming together, sharing, and doing things collectively. Some elements represent waterways, as this is where she connects most strongly with her mob — being out on Country, sharing stories, and learning from Elders who pass down knowledge of events and experiences from 50 deadly years ago all way till today.
